Early diagnosis of cancer means a far better chance of successful treatment. Being familiar with how your body is normally will help you to spot any possible symptoms and to let your physician know as early as possible. Changes that you may notice can be linked to the early stages of a cancer.
Any odd lumps that may appear on your body do need to be reported and knowing your body will help you spot them sooner. Lumps that are cancerous may not be painful. The greater chance you will have to correct any problems is to report a problem as soon as it becomes apparent.
