I need to know how to lose weight fast
So you’re probably wondering why I’m suddenly talking about losing weight fast. It all started because the other day I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and it did not end well. By the time I got to the top, I was perspiring profusely, coughing, my face was red, and I felt terrible. I went into the bathroom, splashed some cold water in my face, and looked up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I have to lose weight and fast.
On some level, I feel like I’m turning into my dad. He was an enormously fat man, with a wonderful sense of humor and a solid, family focused outlook on life. But I tell you, he was fat. And lately I’m getting huge as well. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my dad, but I really want to keep myself from topping 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s not really any way of turning back.
So I’ve been researching how to lose weight fast and easy. My wife has agreed to do this with me, saying that she also wants to get thinner, which I think will make it a lot easier to stick to whatever diet plan we end up with. There’s an almost unmanageable quantity of contradictory weight loss tips out there.
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how well the diet is turning out for us. I realize losing weight will be difficult, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I’m concerned, so I am going to really be trying hard to learn how to lose weight fast.
